New Handmade Bolsters!

12 Jan

I am so grateful to be the happy recipient of 3 new hand-sewn yoga bolsters for Christmas this year!

Nathan’s thoughtful and generous mother hand-made these three yoga bolsters out of scraps of clothing (including wool shirts and carharts!) and re-formed them into perfect, cozy yoga bolsters!

This means that I have some great new props to teach Restorative Yoga workshops with … you’re in for a treat!

Looking forward to future Restorative Yoga workshops!
